Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

By accessing, browsing, or using the pages, tutorials, and download links provided by V2Ray Chinese Network, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. They apply to all content publicly provided on this site. Third-party open-source software, external download services, and related projects remain subject to their own licenses and usage rules.

1. Scope and Acceptance

This site provides installation guides for V2Ray clients, subscription import steps, routing examples, DNS configuration methods, troubleshooting resources, and software download links. You are responsible for determining whether the information suits your device, system version, and network environment, and for understanding the possible effects before changing any settings.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, stop accessing and using this site. When you follow links to third-party pages or obtain third-party software through this site, your actions are also governed by that third party’s license, privacy policy, and service rules. These terms do not replace those separate agreements.

2. Content Scope and Use

The content on this site is provided for software learning, technical research, and configuration reference only. It is not professional advice for any particular device, organization, or use case. Menu paths, interface labels, and configuration snippets in the tutorials reflect the software versions available when they were published; after a client update, button locations, default values, or feature names may change.

Before importing a subscription, changing system proxy settings, enabling TUN mode, or modifying DNS or routing rules, save any necessary original settings and confirm that you have the required permissions. Protect account details, subscription URLs, node parameters, and other sensitive information carefully. Do not include real credentials in public comments, screenshots, or configuration files accessible to others.

3. Lawful Use

You must comply with the laws, regulations, administrative requirements, and network service terms applicable where you are located and where the relevant service is used. The materials on this site must not be used to infringe others’ lawful rights, access systems without authorization, disrupt network services, distribute unlawful content, evade service restrictions, or engage in any other unlawful activity.

You must ensure that you are legally authorized to use the subscriptions, servers, network resources, and accounts involved, and you are responsible for your own configuration, connection activity, and data handling. Corporate networks, campus networks, and managed devices may have additional security policies. Obtain the necessary administrative permission before applying proxy, routing, or DNS settings.

4. Third-Party Software and Responsibility

v2rayN, v2rayNG, v2flyNG, V2Fly, Xray, and related components are maintained and released by their respective open-source projects. This site primarily organizes Chinese-language materials and guides users to download sources. It does not develop, sign, release, operate servers for, or provide subscription services for third-party software, nor does it control third-party projects’ release schedules or feature changes.

To the extent permitted by law, this site makes no guarantee regarding the continued availability of third-party software, support for specific features, configuration compatibility, or the stability of external services. Connection failures, lost settings, service interruptions, or data loss caused by system differences, configuration errors, software upgrades, network changes, third-party service outages, or user actions must be handled by the user with appropriate backup and recovery measures.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the documentation accurate, but cannot guarantee that every page will always match the latest client interface. If menu locations or procedures have changed, first consult the Getting Started guide and verify the settings against the current client interface.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Attribution

The rights to third-party project names, software names, marks, source code, and documentation belong to their respective rights holders and are governed by each project’s published open-source license or other authorization terms. References to these names on this site are solely for software identification, technical context, and operating instructions; they do not indicate ownership of or affiliation with those projects.

The original text, page layouts, and illustrations on this site are protected by applicable law. When quoting them fairly for learning, commentary, or technical discussion, retain the source attribution and do not distort the original meaning by quoting out of context. Do not copy an entire page and republish it as an independent work. When distributing or modifying third-party open-source software, follow the relevant project’s license and copyright notices directly.

6. Updates and Feedback

We may revise these terms in response to changes in page features, content scope, legal requirements, or third-party projects. Updated content will be published on this page, and the month shown in the Last updated notice at the top will be changed accordingly. Unless otherwise required by law, the revised terms apply to access and use from the date of publication onward.

We recommend checking this page regularly. If you have questions about tutorial steps, terminology, or page content, consult the Getting Started guide to verify the procedure. Continuing to use this site after the terms are updated means that you acknowledge the revised terms.
